Position description:
In this role, you will be responsible for becoming a training expert through company-led trainings, self-paced software testing, and peer-reviewed run-throughs. Additional time will be spent creating, writing, and revising course materials.
You will correspond with product experts to support existing customers, pursuing a commitment to excellence by constantly improving the department’s knowledge, skills, and processes, and evaluating student understanding.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Okay with teaching via the web or in person up to 6 hours/day
- Strong public presence and love of learning
