Position description:
Motility, an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is looking for a dynamic Customer Success Manager to provide strategic support for our customers at every stage of the buying process. In this role you will be focused on building loyalty to ensure long-term client retention by presenting product information, addressing customer issues and helping the sales team with upsells and renewals. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Be a Motility dealership management product expert
- Work with customers and leadership to establish clear client retention goals
- Be the main point of contact to assist customers with general questions and resolutions
- Monitor customer’s activity in Motility, identifying potential issues in advance and addressing them with the customer to keep client satisfaction and retention

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- 3+ years of dealership industry experience
- Automotive or similar industry content development experience
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to convey technical information in an easy to understand way
- Strong presentation skills
