Position description:
-Collaborate internally across teams to understand requirements
-Develop test plans and quality benchmarks
-Design and execute test cases
-Identify bugs, defects, or inconsistencies
-Recommend improvements to development or production processes
-Maintain detailed records of test cases, results, and defects
-Provide feedback and guidance on quality issues
-Conduct audits and support regulatory inspections
Training:
On-the-job
Requirements:
- High School diploma
- 3+ years quality assurance experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Outlook, and Excel
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to problem solve and learn new software
- Excellent verbal and written skills
