Position description:
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, log, and triage incoming complaints, including reports of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation.
- Conduct impartial intake interviews and collect preliminary information without providing legal advice.
- Route matters to the appropriate internal teams (e.g., Payroll, Benefits) or escalate to Employment Counsel when warranted.
- Maintain a centralized intake log with timely follow-up and accurate documentation.
- Assist in developing and maintaining standardized investigation workflows, templates, and intake forms.
- Support litigation hold processes and help track ongoing investigations or legal matters.
- Act as a liaison between the legal department and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and strict confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in legal intake, case management, or HR investigations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive issues discreetly.
- Experience with case management systems or legal intake tools preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain thorough records.
