Position description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, maintain, and manage all assigned AutoVision accounts efficiently.
- Collaborate with Reynolds associates to support software launches.
- Work closely with Project Managers to ensure seamless communication with customers.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with third-party vendors for data syndication.
- Serve as the direct responsible individual for addressing any syndication questions during the launch period.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and over the phone, with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone.
- Ability to work some evenings through 8:00pm.
- Experience in data management or a related field is advantageous.
- Work some evenings, up to 8:00pm, as required to meet project deadlines and support customer needs.
- Travel Required - 10% or less.
