Position description:
- Manage and Audit day to day operations of the team to ensure efficiency and adherence to service standards
- Train, assist and coach team members to ensure they meet or exceed performance expectations
- Ensure timely processing of support tickets
- Develop and implement new processes to improve client operations and experience
- Travel to trade shows and conferences to present AGWS products
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in the Warranty Industry
- Ability to handle critical large-scale issues
- Strong Attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be willing to travel overnight (25-30%)
- Management experience is a plus
