Our developers use AI-assisted tools as part of their everyday workflow and are actively building AI-enabled features into the products we sell. We operate in a hybrid environment spanning our own data center and cloud platforms including AWS and Azure.
What You’ll Do:
-Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications and features across front-end, back-end, and full-stack
-Review requirements and assist in technical design; write clean, efficient, maintainable code
-Develop and integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs and web services; write and execute unit tests
-Troubleshoot and resolve software issues across multiple environments
-Translate business requirements into technical solutions with guidance from senior team members
Technologies:
-Languages: C#, C++, TypeScript
-Frameworks and platforms: .NET, Linux, Windows, iOS, Android
-Data: SQL and relational databases including PostgreSQL; RESTful and GraphQL APIs and web services
-Tools: Git, SVN, AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Claude Code)
-Cloud: AWS, Azure, and on-premise data center environments

Every new developer is paired with an experienced mentor and follows a structured, self-paced project-based training program. The program builds technical depth, development best practices, and problem-solving skills, with increasing project ownership as you grow toward full independent contributor status.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field; completion of a development-focused coding bootcamp; or recent software development experience; Ability to write, test, debug, and maintain code in at least one language (C#, C++, Java, or TypeScript); Familiarity with debugging, testing, version control, and basic database/API concepts; Understanding of object-oriented programming and data structures; Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) preferred; Exposure to full-stack development, Agile/Scrum practices, or C#, C++, or TypeScript specifically preferred; Substantial software projects with demonstrable individual contribution (coursework, personal, or internship) a plus; Participation in hackathons or programming competitions, especially at collegiate level a plus
