The ERA-IGNITE Smart Centre allows you to access documentation and training tools from a central location. With features like Chat, Help Videos, and Computer Assisted Instruction, you’re able to:
    • Chat with TAC personnel: Send chat messages and easily ask questions without leaving ERA-IGNITE. Access Smart Centre Chat on the home page or in the support tab in Smart Centre.
    • Watch instructional videos: These short and informative videos are available for multiple topics and tasks. Search Smart Centre Help Videos by dealership role or keyword to watch what’s most relevant to you.
    • Take Computer Assisted Instruction courses: These courses highlight system tips and new enhancements and are built directly into ERA-IGNITE. This consistent form of training drives system utilization, employee productivity, and customer satisfaction.
