Reynolds and Reynolds CEO Tommy Barras leads a highly experienced and stable executive team. The executive team’s industry experience is both broad and deep, and is applied daily to every initiative at the company.
Throughout his career, Tommy has led various company innovations, including Reynolds’ DMS, ERA-IGNITE, and the docuPAD® system. In addition to leading the company’s software development initiatives, Tommy has also led hardware R&D, networking, and internal IT functions, including building the Reynolds Data Centre at Research Park in Dayton, Ohio. With his well-rounded oversight into the business and his strategic mindset, Reynolds is uniquely positioned to continue providing outstanding services and support to customers while improving overall business operations.
Chris has been with Reynolds for more than 35 years, holding various leadership roles in business development, operations, quality control, sales, marketing, and support. With this range of experience and knowledge, he understands the challenges and the opportunities facing automotive retailing and our customers across all of our businesses. This gives him the ability to help each dealer partner grow their business and be as successful as possible.
William "Willie" Daughters
As a 30-year Reynolds veteran, Willie oversees efforts to strengthen and maintain one of the company’s most important assets: its customer relationships. He brings the same mindset to every project: Reynolds succeeds when our dealer partners succeed. He and his team are committed to providing excellent, highly responsive service and support to our customers, ensuring the company’s solutions are empowering dealers to become the best version of themselves.
For more than 30 years, Sheri has played an outsized role in helping shape the company’s financial success and sustainable approach to business finance. She is currently responsible for accounting, contract administration, and leading the financial integration of all Reynolds acquisitions.
Eric oversees all systems and application development, information security, and IT functions. He has helped lead efforts to ensure Reynolds stays focused on the right technology and architecture across all products and software; and he has played a critical role in developing the Reynolds suite of retailing solutions to be the industry-leading force it is today.
For decades, Dave has embodied strong leadership and demonstrated an intuitive understanding of dealers’ needs. Over his 40-year Reynolds career, his commitment to business and long-standing customer relationships put him in a trusted position to bring the voice of the customer to the forefront of the organization and strengthen our partnerships.
As the head of product planning and design, Scott guides the development and implementation of the solutions and services that help our dealer partners improve their business. Throughout his career, he has built an unmatched expertise in software and product installation and implementation, systems, and dealership consulting.
Robert has been with Reynolds for more than 30 years, holding a number of leadership roles. For decades, he has been responsible for all business and technology acquisitions, helping shape Reynolds into the industry leader it is today. He currently oversees recruiting, international operations, facilities operations, and business development.
Kasi is responsible for all marketing efforts including branding, advertising, communications, market research, and delivery of dealership marketing services. During her 20+ year career with Reynolds, she’s built an accomplished background in sales, marketing, and product management, including involvement in product launches and several key product lines.
Pam’s fingerprints are all over the winning approach Reynolds has taken to solidify its market position. She currently supports the CEO and executive team in a variety of projects such as product ideas, customer and facility visits, networking with key partners, and efficiency improvements in Reynolds’ business processes.
