 See your customer’s lifetime spend, ongoing activities, and other key metrics.

Quickly review customer revenue and gross profit by department.
Linked Client Records
Toggle to display additional client records linked to the current client. Any client match or household match record can be toggled on or off.
Easy to Find
The ‘In Progress’ section displays all active deals, repair orders, prospects, and upcoming appointments for the selected client(s).

Closed Prospect Details
Closed prospects can be viewed as ‘sold’, ‘lost’, ‘service’, or ‘all’.

Garage

Displays currently owned and previously owned vehicle details, active warranties, equity, and purchase method for each vehicle under the customer’s account, and all those within the household.
FOCUS UCP Garage
Comprehensive Overview
Presents vehicle records, displaying information specific to each client’s record including currently owned vehicles and previous vehicles.
All Vehicle History
Deal history and service history, as applicable, can be viewed for each vehicle.

How To Access Unified Customer Profile

In FOCUS

FOCUS UCP Client Record

Navigate to a client record.

  1. Click the Unified Customer Profile icon beneath the client name and profile photo.
  2. UCP will either open in the left panel or a new modal, depending on screen resolution.

In ERA-IGNITE

FOCUS UCP ERA

Click the Display tab while viewing a specific deal, appointment, repair order, parts invoice, or name record. Then:

Use Ctrl+W to open Unified Customer Profile
or
Click the Unified Customer Profile menu option.
