We were proud to officially introduce
Relo our automated parts delivery robot, at NADA this year. The launch gave dealers a firsthand look at how Relo integrates seamlessly with ERA-IGNITE to streamline service operations by delivering parts directly to technicians’ bays. Attendees were able to see how the robot’s advanced navigation technology reduces unnecessary trips to the parts counter, minimizes downtime, and helps maximize billable hours.
We also presented syncit, an inventory syndication add-on for
deskit™ that is accurate, consistent, and accessible to every customer, everywhere.
We also shared a major update that’s available now for our dealers! CRM Advisor launched as a new AI feature built directly into
FOCUS. It gives you actionable customer insights, curated vehicle talking points, and AI-generated email and text messages designed to help you better connect with customers.
