Reynolds and Reynolds Canada and BMW Group Canada have announced a new, multi-year agreement that calls for Reynolds to provide the Reynolds ERA-IGNITE dealership management system (DMS) to all BMW and MINI retailers in Canada. The agreement builds on a 15-year technology partnership between the two companies.
ERA-IGNITE is a windows-based DMS designed to help automotive retailers work more efficiently in managing dealership operations and customer interactions. In Canada, ERA-IGNITE is the foundation of Reynolds Retail Management System, which supports a broad set of newer retailing tools for automotive retailers.

With ERA-IGNITE in place, BMW and MINI retailers in Canada will also have access to other advanced retailing tools from Reynolds. Those products include docuPAD® for F&I, as well as products in service, customer relationship management, and more insightful management reporting.
