Software training made a DMS transition much smoother for a new controller:
As I was transitioning into the controller role at Karl Chevrolet, we were also converting to ERA-IGNITE. I realized training would be beneficial, so I decided to take the ERA-IGNITE accounting and control class.
After taking the course, I feel comfortable coaching others at my dealership through new software and shortcuts. The information I learned will help streamline our dealership processes. It made me excited to go back to work to share with others and apply what I learned.
With the information from the class, I am able to maneuver through ERA-IGNITE better. I can help others in my department without having to spend time hunting down answers. I have been able to teach my coworkers shortcuts and ways to make them more efficient in their roles. It eased the transition to ERA-IGNITE and made everyone feel more comfortable.
The course was taught by multiple experts in the field which made me feel comfortable. I was impressed by the hospitality. Everyone was welcoming, which was wonderful, especially being away from home.
The class sizes were small, so we had one-on-one attention, and the instructors answered all my questions. Experts from the field were in the class as well, which was helpful as we went through the information.
